Do you take Custom Orders?

Gladly! We love building custom lighting to suit your space exactly how you envision it. Please use our Custom Order Form to send us a general description of what you would like us to create, including specific dimensions if needed. Preliminary drawings and/or photographs of what you have in mind and where you'll use the light are appreciated. Any other inspiration that helps illustrate what you're looking for is also welcome.

Whether you have a particular vision or prefer to leave the details up to us, we'll work our hardest to bring your creation to life and exceed your satisfaction.

Shipping & Handling

We are thankful for your business. We offer free shipping within the USA and Canada on every order! Free shipping is offered automatically at the checkout to these locations.

If you would like to pay for shipping for a faster delivery time, please select a paid postal option. The rate charged for shipping is based on your order's total weight and shipping address, as calculated by Canada Post.

We will update your order with tracking information as soon as possible. You will be notified by email the moment your package is shipped. Please allow 24 business hours for the tracking number to register, which is provided on the email notification. It will arrive soon, promise!

Returns & Warranty

It is important you love your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds are not offered on custom orders.

All of our lighting products undergo testing throughout several stages of their creation. We only ship out well-crafted, functioning merchandise. We are confident in our workmanship and are proud to offer a 6-Month-Warranty with every lighting purchase.
